Do you take insurance?
I am covered under your out of network insurance benefits. I will provide you with a superbill at the end of our session that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement based on your out of network coverage.
Can I use my Health Savings account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA)?
Absolutely! Physical therapy is a medical expense that your pre-tax funds can be applied to. Be sure to save your receipts.

What should I wear to my first appointment?
Please wear comfortable, loose clothing that enables me access to where you are uncomfortable. If you have leg/foot pain, please bring comfortable shorts.
How long does an appointment last?
Appointments last between 55-75min.
How many treatments will I need?
After your first session I will be able to tell you approximately how many appointments you will need. Treatment durations vary depending on the severity of your injury.
where do I park?
There is ample street parking along Powhatan Street as well as a covered garage in the back of the building at 1422 Portner Road. You can park in any place labeled "Suite 7".
Where is the entrance?
If you are coming from Powhatan Street, walk through the large iron gate and head towards the staircase. Go up the stairs and through the courtyard. Suite 7 is all the way back on the lefthand side.
If you are coming from the parking garage, walk up the stairs into the courtyard and Suite 7 will be the first door on your right.
IS there an elevator?
Yes! If stairs are problematic, feel free to use the elevator located in the back of the parking garage on Portner Road.
